  • Marketers can write messaging and go-to-market plans based on this vision
  • Sales people can start pre-sales based on this vision
  • Hiring managers can write job requirements based on this mission
  • New employees can accept job offers based on this mission
  • Product people can focus their discovery work around this mission

In order for this to be a useful decision-making tool, this strategy has to stay mostly the same over the course of your company. We will brainstorm and iterate on HOW we will accomplish this strategy, but the strategy itself should stay the same.
